INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR THE SITE DEVELOPMENT
PHASE IV (DESIGN AND BUILD) PROJECT
(Two Failed Biddings)
In view of the two (2) failed biddings, Philippine Science High School-Zamboanga Peninsula Region Campus (PSHS-ZRC), Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidder to participate in the Negotiated Procurement for the Site Development Phase IV (Design and Build) Project (Two Failed Biddings) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 9,500,000.00) in accordance with Section 53.1 Two Failed Bidding as specified in the 2016 Revised Implement Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

a. CPES rating or b. Certificate of Completion (Owner’s Certificate of Final Acceptance issued by the project owner other than the contractor) |
| PCAB licenses and registration for the type and cost of the contract for this project; (license Category C & D – Small B) |
| Audited financial statements, showing, among others, the prospective bidder’s total and current assets and liabilities, stamped “received” by the BIR for the preceding calendar year which should not be earlier than two (2) years from the date of bid submission |

Bidders on this project is required to pay a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Pesos (P 5,000.00) for the Request o Proposal.
PSHS-ZRC BAC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
